Due to extra cleaning guidance for Covid-19 and no prices increase since 2014 the following new tariffs will be in place from 17th May 2021
King Ensuite (shower & bath) room £100 p.n for 2 guests - Single rate £85.00 p.n.
Twin Ensuite (shower) room £90 p.n. for 2 guests - Single rate £75.00 p.n.
For two guests staying three nights or more, the room rate is reduced by £10.00 p.n.
For one guest staying three nights or more, the room rate is reduced by £5.00 p.n.

During June/July/August Friday and Saturday nights will be:

Twin Ensuite -£100
Please note Bank Holidays weekends require a minimum booking of two nights.
On some occasions an early check-in is possible, booking in advance is required, which will incur an extra charge of £30.00 per room.
On booking a deposit of 25% is required.
Balance to be paid on arrival.
Payment accepted by:
Cheque/Bank Transfer/Cash/Paypal
Arrival: 4 pm onwards.
Departure: 10am.
Terms and Conditions
Smoking in house is not permitted .
Cancellation policy:
If room is cancelled 7 days before arrival deposit will be returned in full.
If room is cancelled less than 7 days but more than 48hrs deposit will be withheld unless room can be relet for the same period.
If room is cancelled less than 48hrs of arrival deposit will not be returned & the remaining balance of 75% will be due.
